We had a great day! This morning, we had a wonderful liturgy led by grade 6 girls from Mme Akinpelu. We also had a special guest who brought the statue of Mary, Our Lady From Fatima and told us the the story behind it. It was pretty cool to see! Once we returned to the classroom, we continued with our Math unit on data. Today, we learned how to interpret graphs and the differences between discrete and continuous graphs. After recess, the students had 30 mins of Fully Alive with Mme Appell. At 11:25, they had the opportunity to record their Ukulele song #1, which was due today. At 12:40, the students had French with Mme Akinpelu. Finally, to end the day, we learned how to write our own scenes that follow a central theme. We read a scene for a novel to help guide them with what they are writing.
