Friday, May 4th

We had a great day! This morning, the students started by working on their ELA Suspense Stories. They are making some awesome progress. At 10:00, we had our library book exchange. After recess, they had 30 mins of Phys. Ed. with Mme Barthel. Once they returned, they had time to work on their Ukulele songs. They are sounding awesome so I cannot wait to share the finished product! At 12:40, we completed our school wide OurSurvey. The students completed the survey, which we do each year to collect data. Once finished, we worked on lesson 8 for math, which focused on area. The students found the area of rectangles. Finally, to end the day, we had a prize hour for working so hard on our ELA stories. The students watched an episode of the new Series of Unfortunate Events. It was great!
