Friday, April 27th

This morning, the students had time to finish up their ELA Radio Newscasts. With their groups, they recorded their newscasts using SoundTrap. They will need to be uploaded to FreshGrade. At 10:00, we had book exchange. The students picked out their books and did some silent reading. After recess, they had 30 mins of Phys. Ed. with Mme Barthel and 30 mins to practice their Ukulele songs and record their strum pattern and chords videos on FlipGrid. At 12:40, we completed two lessons for Math. Today, we learned about congruent polygons and how to find the perimeter of polygons. They did great! At 1:40, we had Careers. Today, we focused on what on organization is and how they operate. We discussed was employers, employees and consumers are and how they work together to ensure a organization exists. Finally, to end the day, we worked on our Religion 10 Commandments Posters.
