Wednesday, April 11th

We had a really good day! This morning, the students started their day with Mme Akinpelu. At 10:00, we completed our first Math revision for our upcoming test. We completed a Quizizz together! I have now identified what we need to focus on before Friday! After recess, they had Phys. Ed. with Mme Barthel. At 12:40, the students had the opportunity to work on their Storytelling projects. Most groups have finished their brainstorming and started writing their rough drafts. Tomorrow, the goal will be to start working on their final copies. Finally, to end the day, we started our new Science unit on Flight. Today's focus was on the 4 forces of flight, which are lift, drag, thrust and weight.

Homework/News:

- Please bring all book club books back as soon as possible!

- Math - Test on unit 5 will be Friday!

- ELA - Storytelling projects due Monday, April 16th.

- Tomorrow is international jersey day to support the recent tragedy involving the Humboldt Broncos. Please wear any type of jersey!
