We had another great day with some really great weather! This morning, the students finished up their blog posts for their memes that they created! They also had the opportunity to comment on their group members posts. At 10:00, they went to the library for book exchange. After recess, they had 30 mins of Phys. Ed. with Mme Barthel. Once they returned from the gym, we finished our math lesson on ordering and comparing fractions. At 12:40, we started a new art project based on the visual element - space. We concentrated and positive and negative space to create pieces of works based on their self-portrait. At 1:45, they worked on their Health project of companies and produce products that could be considered bad for our health. Finally, to end the day, we had Science. Today's focus was on static electricity. We started by create a word cloud based on vocabulary they know about static electricity. We picked out the strong words and are using them to explain static electricity experiments.
