Tuesday, February 27th

We had a great day! This morning, the students spent 45 minutes finishing up their Beatitudes Podcasts. I have had the chance to work with a couple of groups and they sound great! At 10:00, we went to the multi-purpose room to watch and listen to our classroom Concours winners! They did a fantastic job presenting their Concours in French! After recess, the students had 30 mins of Fully Alive with Mme Appell and afterwards, we continued with our podcasts. At 12:40, they had French with Mme Akinpelu and finally, to end the day, we worked on our memes for bookclub. The students are creating meme about their novel and writing a paragraph explaining why they created that specific meme.

Homework/News:

- Pink Shirt Day tomorrow to support the Red Cross Anti-bullying movement!

- Sc. Hum. - True Cost - all questions due tomorrow

- Religion - Podcasts will be due on Friday, Mar. 2nd

- Please bring 2$ to support our fundraiser for Chalice. This year, will be support Haiti and the Philippines. Anything is greatly appreciated!

- Skating - We will be going skating on Friday, Mar. 2nd from 1-2:15 pm. Please bring all necessary equipment and clothing.

- On March 5th, we will be heading to the Brandt Center for the 2pm draw of the Tim Horton's Brier!
