We had a great day to end our week! This morning, the students had French with Mme Akinpelu. At 10:00, we had a work period to get caught up with everything before our big projects get under way. The students finished their math diagnostic, their coding chart bookmarks and their research for their Religion projects. After recess, they had Phys. Ed. with Mme Barthel. At 12:40, we started reading section 1 for our Book Club! I shared the pages they need to read for Section 1 of their Book Club and they have until Feb. 11th to get it all read! Afterwards, they had their "hour" to work on Genius Hour. Today, they had the opportunity to start building their website. Some continued with their research and others started typing out their information. Finally, to end our day, the students had a fantastic presentation from Mr. Wernikowski on static electricity! We are so lucky to have people like him and the resources to do this cool presentations!

- French - Dictee Feb. 7th

- French Immersion week is next week!
