Tuesday, November 7th

We had a great day! This morning, the students started their day with M. Higiro. He taught Religion to start, which focused on oppression and injustices. Today, they read about Craig Kielburger and what he did to fight some of these injustices. At 10:00, the students continued their lesson on the order of operations. After recess, they had 30 mins of Fully Alive with Mme Appell and finished their Religion lesson from the morning. They completed a revision and answered some questions related to order of operations. At 12:40, the students had French with Mme Akinpelu. Finally, to end the day, the students started a new ELA unit with M. Higiro on Biographies. Today, they focused on reading strategies.

Homework/News:

- ELA - Students have to make sure that everything is uploaded to FreshGrade that pertains to our Book Club - I Wonder Project, All FlipGrid Videos, and StoryBoardThat assignment.

- French - Dictee - Nov. 14th

- Benchmarking begins tomorrow!
