We had a great end of our week! I know many people are not loving the snow, but I am really enjoying it! This morning, the students started their day with Mme Akinpelu. After recess, we finished up our last FlipGrid Post for Book Club. The overarching theme was imagination and how authors use the 5 senses to creatively write! Once finished, they worked on their StoryBoardThat Comics or their "I Wonder" Projects. At 12:40, they had a Math lesson with M. Higiro. The continued to work with factors and strategies to find common multiples. Afterwards, the started a lesson for Religion on oppression and injustices. The focused on Mother Teresa and how she was an advocate for the sick and poor. Finally, to end the day, the students had Social.
