Tuesday, September 26th

We had a great day! This morning, the students started their day with Mme Akinpelu for French. After recess, the students had time to finish up their first Book Club assignment on their main character. Once they were finished, they added it to Kidblog for their group members to see. At 12:40, we continued with our Math lesson that we started last week. We completed a quick revision of what the equal sign means and how two equations can equal the same thing. The idea is that they understand the equal sign means that things are in balance! At 1:45, we finished up our digital citizenship lesson from yesterday. We had a quick discussions about how to determine if things are real or a hoax. Finally, we watched a video on digital drama. The students watched the video and answered discussion questions using GoFormative! They had some real meaningful answers! Finally, to end the day, the students had Social with Mme Wood.

Homework/News:

- ELA Book Club - Finish reading section two by Monday, Oct. 2nd

- French - Verb quiz on Thursday and dictee on Monday, Oct. 2nd

- Picture Day tomorrow!
